—Those arrows are how you navigate the comics. Under the image is the same thing except instead of arrows, it's words. Both sets of arrows send you to the exact same place, so click whichever is easiest for you:
So what does
『Archives』 mean? That's simply a list of all the pages currently made. Clicking that will send you to the
archives section which will give a brief explanation of the chapter, and a list of all the pages. That orange box under the page is the same exact thing. Brief warning, try clicking the sides instead of the middle, for the life of me, I can't figure out why it's not very responsive in the middle. 😅
And lastly, if you're wondering why sometimes the arrows aren't clickable, it just means that you can't go any further. You're already on the first/last page, so you can't navigate any further:
